This candle is meant to stabilize our inner world and to bring some regulation and peace to our Mental Health and nervous systems. 

If you suffer with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or any other mental health condition, this spell is designed to increase regulation, feelings of safety, and support. It calibrates you back to your center of wellness and emotional stability. It brings chaotic, stressful, hectic, or out-of-control energy back into alignment and allows clarity, focus, and stability to take command. 

It works quickly and powerfully. 

This candle is so helpful, it really is. 

I designed the Mental Healthcare candle to radiate its support with minimal input from the user. This is because when our Mental Health struggling, we may not have the energy to do much more than light a candle. And that’s okay. This candle already knows what to do, it simply has to be lit. 

If you can, write your name, or the name of whomever you are sending it to that time, on the candle or on a petition under the candle. This will direct the healing energy in a more focused way. It isn't required to do this, but it does increase the concentration of the spellwork. 

You can light this for whatever duration of time you’d like or for however long you need.

If you want the candle running for a while during a particularly difficult time, that’s great.

If you want it to calibrate your mental state for the day with a short burn, that’s excellent too. It’s up to you.

If you need to light it during a panic attack, light it and snuff it when you’re feeling better.

This candle is your friend. It works with you as you need it to.

It brings support and boosts positive mental health. It gets you centered back to yourself and feeling more empowered and in control.

You don’t have to overthink it. Just light it and allow it in. Bond with it and let it help you. Do not worry about using it up. I am going to always keep these in stock for whenever you need them.
