🫶Recovery From Addiction

Recovery from Addiction is a candle I worked on for years to develop. There are so many layers of spellwork in this candle. 

Addiction is a combination of a physical dependency and some misguided coping strategies coming together into one. 

So, this candle helps break addiction by targeting spellwork to the actual addiction itself and the mental/emotional side of the circumstance also. 

Within this one candle are very specifically made spells of the following types: 

Binding (to restrict and restrain the hold an addiction has upon someone)
Banishing (to revoke access of the addiction to the self) 
Physical Healing (to ease withdraw and physical symptoms as recovery is chosen)
Emotional Healing (to begin to heal the things that have led us into addiction in the first place)
Motivation (to be compelled forward with enthusiasm towards the goal of recovery)
Success (so that the steps taken in alignment with the spell will yield positive results)
Self-Love (the reminder of worth, value, and beauty within us and to infuse us with healing at a foundational level)

This candle is aware of the complexities of the contributing factors for addiction and it seeks to approach each of them with magic. The complexity and the layering of this candle gives a nod to the complex nature of struggling with addiction and the spellwork seeks to meet someone on every step of the journey.

Addictions come in many forms and this candle will help with all of them. It isnt calibrated to one specific type of addiction, but rather the undercurrent of energy that addiction holds.

Whatever your struggles are, this will help. 

You can light this for yourself or you can light it for someone else. It will work either way. Write your name or their name on it with either a sharpie or a dry erase marker. You can also write out a specific petition to place under it if you'd like or put a photo of the person next to or under it as well. 

Light it daily, as needed, or for longer stretches of spellwork. 

If the candle is for you and you're struggling with a craving or a hard time, light the candle and spend some time with it. Listen to some music or do something while it's lit near you. It will help.
