The Astral plane is a dimensional reality that spirit can dip down into and be both tangible and intangible at once. There is some structure to it; just as there is structure to our world, but it is more of a Wonderland place where the rules are fluid and the collective amnesia about Spirit/Source/Oneness isn’t a part of the experience. On the Astral plane are the record-keepers, the prototypes for all that is and all that will be. Things can blip in and out of existence there. The Astral plane exists outside of time, outside of death or birth. It is a place of presence and of freedom from permanence. It is a playground and a practice arena. It is without consequences but it is also therefore without the stakes that bring consequences meaning. The Astral Plane is a place that some people naturally access, and it is a place others strive to access. It is all around us and also invisible. This candle helps you get there. It can assist you via your dreams (which take place there), it can assist you via meditation, channeling, or however else you might like to access it. The Astral is very real and it can be tenuous for people because our sense of “reality” and “physics” and the rules that govern this world can interfere with our belief in accessing it for ourselves. The more you work with this candle, the more you will understand your own personal gateway to that plane. The more you sit with it in meditation, or light it while you do your bedtime routine and then snuff it out and begin your travels, the more you will build that muscle. Be willing to turn over your fear and preconceived notions in order to allow yourself to go there and experience it for yourself. The more you can break down the limits of your mind, the parameters you have set for yourself and the fears you have about your own capabilities and capacity. Astral can help you build to that place.
