Just pay attention to the circumstances under which you are lighting it and use your intuition and logic to determine what is best.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you are trying to help someone get over a shorter term virus, for example, a good session of burn time will help that happen quickly and efficiently. Four hours or so. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIf you are trying to help a chronic condition, or a longer-duration illness\/treatment, take it easy on you for the day, you can light it for a shorter time per session but do so more frequently to build up a more sustainable result and baseline of normal. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIf you are hoping to set it for a procedure to be successful and bring healing, lighting it for a couple of hours beforehand will infuse the situation with that energy effectively. You can then light it daily or frequently as the healing continues and you’d only need to light it for a short period of time to boost and carry the energy forward. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhenever you light it, it will help.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDo not worry about using it up.
