Next week we are going to a mineral spring that is known for its amazing healing properties. 

This is a magnesium spring that is known to alleviate the following kinds of issues: stomach and digestive disorders; muscle, joint and chronic pain; stress, anxiety and sleep related issues; skin and hair issues including psoriasis, eczema and acne; and overall improving health, circulation; hormonal issues and full body wellness. 

So, me being me, I wanted to try and include you all in some of that energy in case it would help anyone. Especially because I know I have to restock my healing candles and oils.
