I’ve designed this one to radiate the support with minimal input from the user. If our Mental

Health isn’t great, we may not have the energy to do much more than light a candle. And that’s okay. I want your

name, or the name of whomever you are sending it to that time, on the candle or on a petition under the candle.

Nothing fancy, just name, dob, location. You can light this for whatever duration of time you’d like. If you want it

running all day during a particularly difficult time, that’s great. If you want it to calibrate your mental state for the day

with a short burn, that’s excellent too. It’s up to you. If you need it during a panic attack, light it and snuff it when

you’re done. This candle is your friend. It works with you as you need it to. It does not bring stress into your life, only

support and positive mental health. It gets you centered back to yourself and feeling more empowered and in control.

You don’t have to overthink it. Just light it and allow it in. Bond with it and let it help you. Do not worry about using it

up. I am going to always keep these in stock for whenever you need them.
